On Saturday, our Podiatrist Adam held an informal 'Running Myth Busting' session in Pure Running. Pure Running is Northern Ireland's premier one stop shop for all your running essentials.
Adam had the chance to speak to different runners that came into the shop. They discussed running related niggles, injuries, orthoses and footwear!
It was a great session and we look forward to working with Pure Running again in the future!
